All items sold are Antique, old, fragile, but in should be in working condition unless otherwise noted. The items sold are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all defects, both latent and patent without warranty either express, implied, by operation of law, or otherwise including but not limited to any warranty of condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular use, or with respect to the value, profitability, or marketability of the item of any kind, and since the items are old and fragile, you accept full responsibility for the antique items. We will do our best to send exactly what you order. If you have purchased a "match" for your antique, we will do our best to get matches to items; however, you will be required to provide the antique to match and must approve any "match."
